Neuronautix · Partners & Clients

Partners and clients

Neuronautix works with technology providers and research institutions — from Home-Cage Monitoring and behavioral analysis to FAIR metadata and scientific AI workflows. Below are the most significant technology partnerships and research engagements. They represent a fraction of the laboratories, groups, and institutions I have worked with across France and beyond.

R&D collaborations

Academic R&D — building new methods, not just analyses

Neuronautix runs joint research programs with academic partners to invent the methods and tools the field is missing. These collaborations produce new algorithms, ontologies, and publishable results — and feed directly into the products and consulting offerings.

Flagship R&D collaboration

LIRMM · CNRS — Dr. Konstantin Todorov

Joint research with the LIRMM lab in Montpellier on two active workstreams:

  • Ontology-constrained LLM navigation — using HCMO and related vocabularies to make LLM agents navigate preclinical knowledge graphs more efficiently and verifiably.
  • Neuro-AI & stat-AI embedding methods — combining neuroscience priors with statistical structure to generate new scientific knowledge from preclinical behavioral and physiological datasets.
How to join

Co-fund, co-develop, or license

Companies, consortia, and foundations can join active R&D workstreams as co-funders (sponsored research), co-developers (jointly authored algorithms and tools), or licensees of mature outputs. We negotiate IP, co-authorship, and open-source terms per project.

Technology partners

Technology partners for modern preclinical research

These partnerships connect laboratory needs with practical technologies for digital vivarium infrastructure, Home-Cage Monitoring, AI-assisted behavioral analysis, and scientific data workflows.

  • Tecniplast
  • Olden Labs
  • Metofico
Digital vivarium

Tecniplast DVC®

Tecniplast provides digital vivarium infrastructure for modern preclinical research. Neuronautix is listed as a scientific partner of the Tecniplast DVC® (Digital Ventilated Cage) system, collaborating on Home-Cage Monitoring data analysis, implementation, and metadata workflows.

Home-Cage Monitoring

Olden Labs

Olden Labs develops DOME smart cage technology for Home-Cage Monitoring and longitudinal behavioral data collection. Neuronautix presents DOME-oriented workflows and supports scientific implementation discussions.

AI behavior analysis

Metofico

Metofico collaboration connects experimental expertise, expert labels, and scalable AI-assisted behavioral analysis workflows for preclinical video and signal datasets.

Research institutions

Institutional clients and research collaborations

I have contributed to scientific projects, data analysis, and consulting work across a range of French research institutions and university hospitals. Below are the most significant and long-term engagements — the full network of laboratories and groups I have worked with is broader.

  • CNRS
  • CHU Montpellier
Research institution

CNRS

Consulting and data analysis work with CNRS-affiliated laboratories in the field of behavioral neuroscience, Home-Cage Monitoring, and preclinical data workflows.

University hospital

CHU Montpellier

Scientific collaboration with the Montpellier University Hospital on preclinical data projects and behavioral research workflows.

Ecosystem

Connecting technology, analysis, and data stewardship

Neuronautix works at the intersection of experimental design, Home-Cage Monitoring implementation, behavioral and physiological data analysis, FAIR metadata, and scientific software. Partner technologies are evaluated in the context of the research question, data lifecycle, animal welfare constraints, and laboratory workflow.

  • Home-Cage Monitoring systems and digital vivarium infrastructure
  • Behavioral tracking, physiological signals, and multimodal readouts
  • Metadata, FAIR documentation, and ontology-aware workflows
  • Open-source R&D projects and reproducible data pipelines

Collaboration model

Independent guidance with practical implementation support

Neuronautix can support collaborations from early system comparison through implementation, analysis, documentation, and team transfer.

Evaluate

Compare platforms, analysis requirements, metadata outputs, cost, scalability, animal welfare impact, and fit with existing laboratory workflows.

Implement

Support practical deployment, readout definition, data extraction, cleaning, visualization, and reproducible workflow development.

Document

Structure metadata, provenance, dataset documentation, and FAIR-ready reporting so results can be reused and shared more effectively.
