Controller and contact: Neuronautix, Montpellier, France. For questions or requests about your responses, email neuronautix@gmail.com.
Purpose: Explore self-reported data and metadata management practices and present aggregate descriptive statistics for a preclinical research conference. The quiz and its scores are educational and not validated assessments.
Optional participation: You can complete the quiz without submitting answers. Only if you opt in will the site transmit your selected answers, role category, calculated score, profile and event identifier to the survey endpoint.
Processing and legal basis: Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) for optional survey submission. You can withdraw consent by contacting the controller. As no name or email is collected with responses, locating and withdrawing a particular submitted response may not be technically possible without an additional identifier. The service may process ordinary technical connection data and a temporary server-side keyed IP-derived hash to limit repeat submissions. No IP address or hash is transmitted to the website's public statistics dashboard.
Hosting: GitHub Pages serves the website; Supabase processes and stores submitted responses in its Paris (eu-west-3) region. Hosting providers may retain connection logs under their own policies.
Retention: Responses are intended to be retained for up to 12 months after submission, then deleted by the controller. If that operational retention procedure is not yet in place, the organizer must establish and verify it before broad promotion of the survey.
Disclosure: Only aggregates are public, with an initial minimum of five responses. Counts of small professional categories are suppressed. Individual response rows are not exposed to public website clients. There is still potential re-identification risk in small events, so small-group breakdowns should be interpreted cautiously.
Rights: You may contact Neuronautix for access, rectification, erasure or further information where your response can be identified, and may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
